What we process

The target you submit (domain or IP), your IP address and User-Agent for rate limiting and abuse protection, and the test results. We do not require an account and do not ask for your name, email, or other identifying details to run a test. Queries are never tied to your identity.

Legal basis (GDPR)

• Legitimate interest — processing your IP and User-Agent to run tests and to keep the service secure and available (rate limiting, abuse prevention).
• Consent — advertising cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

Result storage

Test results are saved in your own browser (local storage) so your share links work. This data stays on your device; clearing your browser storage removes it.

Data retention

Abuse-protection data (IP address, request metadata) is kept only as long as needed to enforce rate limits and bans, then discarded. We do not build long-term profiles of visitors.

Cookies & advertising

We use strictly-necessary cookies to run the site. With your consent we show ads via Google AdSense, which may set its own cookies. You can accept or reject these at any time — see the Cookie policy for details and controls.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Because we do not hold accounts, most requests amount to clearing your browser storage and withdrawing cookie consent. For anything else, contact us.

International transfers

Tests run from probe servers in several countries, and ad partners may process data outside your region. Where that happens, it is done under appropriate safeguards such as the relevant standard contractual clauses.
